Easy fun snack recipe!

Recipe:-

For the dough :-
Yeast – 1tbs
Sugar – 1tbs
Luke warm milk – 3/4 cup ( In a 250ml cup )

Let sit for 15 minutes.

Flour – 3 cups
Corn starch – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Add the yeast mixture

Knead well..

Roll out the dough in 1/2 cm thickness.
Cut out circles with a bowl or any circular object.

Apply oil on the insides of the circle and fold.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

Filling :-

Cook 500gms of chicken with salt and pepper.

Place the pan on medium flame.

Butter – 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbs
Oil – 2tbs
1 large onion
Soy sause – 3tbs
Chilly flakes – 1 tbs
Add cooked chicken after removing its bones.
Tomato ketchup – 3tbs (optional)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Preparing the buns:-

Boil the steamer and place the buns.
Steam for 15 minutes.

After filling the buns with chicken masala, garnish with some coriander or some chopped onion.
Put some cheese on the top.
(Add chilli flakes or oregano of you want)
Microwave to melt the cheese.

Sause :-
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Chilly sause
Pepper powder
Mix them all together

Add the sause and you’re all done!
