Ingredients:
Sliced bread.
Cream cheese.
Avocado.
Cucumber.
Tomato.
Red onion.
First we need to cut and peel avocado, then just crush it with fork.
Slice cucumber, tomato and some red onion.
Melt butter in a frying pan and toast sliced bread on both sides.
Spread cream cheese on both slices.
Lay out avocado and spread it evenly.
Spread cucumbers evenly, tomatoes, red onion.
Close up sandwich.
