Cauliflower Rice 1/2 cup – This is prepared by crushing/grinding cauliflower to fine granules. This can be done with the help of a blender/chopper/ grater.
Carrot 🥕 1 or 2
Beans 1/4 cup
Green peas 1/4 cup
Capsicum(bell pepper) 1/4 cup
Garlic 3 cloves
Soy sauce (optional)
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
You can add/ replace the veggies with any other vegetables as u wish.
