TWO Recipes with ONE Batter | Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Recipe :
Rice (or) Idly Rice – 1 cup
Poha – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Soak Rice for 6 to 8 hours or overnight
Soak curd and poha for 6 to 8 hours or overnight
Blend soaked rice and poha
In batter add ,
onions, ginger,coriander leaves, cumin seeds ,Green chillies
Mix well .
Add little oil into ponganalu pan and scoop of batter .
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame ,
Flip and cook for another 5 minutes .
Server with chutney.
For Dosa:
Add enough water to make dosa batter consistency , when the pan is hot add a scoop of batter and make dosa. Roast on both sides
