2-3 teaspoons green coriander chutney

chaat powder to sprinkle
Green Chutney –
1 cup fresh coriander/dhaniya
½ cup fresh mint/pudina
1 inch ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 green chillies
2 tablespoons roasted chana dal
½ teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon dry mango powder/amchoor
a pinch hing/asafoetida
1 tablespoon lemon juice
