simple 15 minute healthy noodles salad that perfect for summer.

INGREDIENTS:-
red cabbage-1/4 cup
tomato -1 medium
bell pepper -1/2 cup
raw papaya -1/4 cup
cucumber -1 medium
tofu -100 g
oil -1 tsp
rice vermicelli noodles – 90 g
FOR THE SAUCE :-
peanut butter – 2 tbsp
light soy sauce -1 tbsp
sriracha/hot sauce – 1 tbsp
red chilli flacks (optional) -1 tsp
honey – 1/2 tsp
sesame oil – 1 tsp
ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
garlic – 1 clove
lime juice – 1 medium size
water as needed
salt if needed

method :-
– combine and mix all the sauce ingredients.
– cook the tofu with little oil until crisp and golden.
– cook noodles according to the package instructions.
– add any vegetable of your choice.
– combine noodles, vegetable and sauce .
– noodles salad is ready !
