• 3-4 Cloves Garlic

• Some Red Pepper
• Scallions (Green Onions)
• 1 Can of Corn Beef
• Some Beef or protein of choice
• 3-5 Eggs
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Seasoning for Beef
• 1 TBS garlic powder
• 1 TBS Onion Powder
• Some paprika
• Salt to taste
• A blend of aniseed, rosemary, habanero pepper and ginger
