Hey guyssss! In todays video I’m sharing with you all what I eat in a day to lose weight and I’m also trying the Lori Harvey Diet. Lori claims to eat about 1200 calories a day which is definitely a calorie deficit! I intentionally counted calories using the My Fitness Pal app! Let me know what y’all think about this challenge!

R E C I P E S
BREAKFAST
– 2 scrambled eggs, 2 Honey wheat pieces of break, assortment of fruits

LUNCH
– 2 cups of spinach & 7 oz chicken breast
Dressing: olive oil, white wine vinegar, Spicy Mayo, garlic salt, Italian seasoning

DINNER
– Ground Turkey breast (1 pound), Pro Keto Tortillas, Homemade Salsa, Cheese)

Salsa Recipe
2 tomatoes
1/2 small white onion
1 jalapeño
1/2 jabanero pepper
3 cloves garlic
½ tbsp oil
½ bunch cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste

– You can either boil, roast, or air fry this. I use the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Wash your tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro. Cut the stems off the jalapeños and cut your onion in half. Peel your garlic cloves.
– Add the halved onion, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, and garlic to a large bowl and drizzle over ½ tbsp of oil and salt to your liking. Toss to coat. The tomatoes have finished cooking when they begin to change color and the skin starts to break.
– Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning every few minutes until the tomatoes and onions have softened and developed color.
– Add the tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, ½ bunch of cilantro, and the juice of 1 lime to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
– Add salt to taste. Adjust flavor with salt and lime juice as needed.

Turkey Tacos

– Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat.
– Sauté onions and garlic
– Add ground turkey and cook until the turkey has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks
– Stir in seasonings (ground cumin, paprika, chili seasoning, black pepper, Red bell pepper). Add tomato sauce.
– Assemble tacos
