2 cup Moong Sprout (Green Gram Sprout )
4 cup Boiled Water
1 Tsp Pink Salt
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1 Tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder)
1 medium size Onion finely chopped
1 small Gajar Grated(Carrot)
1/2 Kakdi Chopped (Cucumber)
1 Medium Size Simla chopped (Capsicum)
2 Small size Tomato chopped
1/4 cup Raw Mango finely chopped
1/4 cup Anardana (Pomegranate)
3/4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
