✅😊 Here is how to make Quick Healthy Dinner- GLUTEN LECTIN FREE Pasta Dinner:
STEP 1:
Prepare 1 box of Millet Pasta – Cook for 10 min – ( while pasta is cooking cut onions and garlic ) then rinse pasta and drain in cold water to wash away starch and to make pasta loose – and then put aside
STEP 2:
Pour 4 table spoon of olive oil or avocado oil in a pan and Sautee 1 red onion with 5 cloves of garlic for 4 min on medium heat
STEP 3:
Add cooked millet pasta, 1 cup of Italian tomato sauce and 1 tea spoon or more of iodized sea salt and mix very well
STEP 4:
Add 1/2 cup of parsley mix well turn off the stove and serve – you can serve it also with sheep’s milk feta cheese
it is truly delicious both ways
