Easy rice with cod fish. healthy dinner recipe!
This is my favorite fish and rice recipe, it’s so easy and delicious.
I chose cod, a fish that I like very easy to
cook with a tender and easy to prepare
flesh.
The recipe is so simple that I know even
beginners in the kitchen can make it
without a problem.
I browned vegetables, red pepper, carrot, onion, garlic, tomato
sauce.
l added some spices, then I put the cod
directly in the sauce so that it soaks up the
flavors and I let it cook.
Also it’s served with white rice. I think it’s the best combination for dinner. Enjoy your meal.
Recipe and ingredients:
6 cod fish fillets
1 sweet red Pepper
100 g baby carrot
1 onion
2 gloves of garlic
200 ml of tomato sauce
30 mL of soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 tsp pepper chili
1/2 smoked paprika
2 tbs of butter for frying fish
3 tbs of vegetable oil
1 cup rice
2 cups of water
1 tsp salt
20 g butter .
