Hey guys! So following last week’s ‘My fitness journey’ video, I thought it was only appropriate for me to first address the most challenging thing most of you seem to DM/Email me about- diet! Hence, I put together this piece, which portrays my what I eat in a day on Rest Days pretty accurately. On days I do train, the volume is a little more, but let’s save that for another video!! :p
