Fruit Custard Recipe | How To Make Fruit Custard Recipe At Home | Healthy Dessert Recipe

Hi…Hello..Namaste !!! My name is Sowjanya . Welcome to ” Recipes Redefined”.

Ingredients:
Whole milk – 3 cups
Condensed Milk – 400g (full Can)
OR
Sugar – 1 1/2 cup(according to your taste)
Custard Powder – 3 Tbsp
Fruits – you use any seasonal fruits (cut into bite size) except watermelon family
Ice cream scoop – 1

Procedure :
Bring 3 cups whole milk to a boil and then add sugar or condensed milk.Add custard powder to 1/2 cup cool milk.Don’t add custard powder to hot milk – lumps will form.Add custard powder only to cold milk .Then mix the custard liquid to hot milk and then mix completely with out form lumps.
keep the flame low and stir occasionally.
Slowly milk starts thicken.Turn off the flame and allow the milk to cool down to room temperature and then add the fruits (except banana) and keep it in refrigerator 4-6 hrs or over the night.
add banana just before serve or else banana discolors.
Fruit custard is ready to serve.You can serve fruit custard with a scoop of ice-cream too.Tastes Yummy!!
