For those days you want to eat and chill, still eating healthy. One of my favorite to go meals are tuna sandwiches; a delicious tuna toast with lots of greens to keep you FIT. Make it in less than a minute: take a slice of sourdough bread if it’s too big you can cut it half, or just follow what I’m doing on the video. Mix the balsamic and olive oil with your baby arugula, add the tuna, and place to tomatoes over the sourdough. It is so simple, and delicious! When you buy your tuna try to get it in a jar.
