Today’s Recipe
Spinach Omelette

Ingredients:

Oil – 1 Tsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
Spinach Leaves finely chopped – 100gm
Salt to taste
Crushed Pepper
Egg – 3 Nos.
Water – 1 Tbsp
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Cheese

Method for Spinach Cheese

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute
Meanwhile, wash and pat dry the spinach leaves.
add spinach leaves and cook on low flame.
Add salt and pepper and saute them well.
In a bowl, take eggs, add salt, pepper, water and whisk nicely.
Take a pan, add oil. Pour the egg mixture evenly.
Over the egg, add the spinach mixture.
Keep the low flame and gently flip on the other side.
Flip it again and turn off the stove.
Now add some cheese slice of your choice over the omelette.
Delicious Spinach Cheese Omelette is ready.
