Start your day off right by eating foods that help promote healthy gut bacteria and that don’t spike your insulin levels. Also remember, that if you’re on a fasting program, you can skip the breakfast. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. And if you’re not hungry, my advice to most people is skip the breakfast.
