Cabbage, Spring Onion- 3 Tbsp each
Tomato Puree -1/4 Cup
Water – 3-4 Cups
Salt – to taste
White/ Black Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Italian Herbs/Oregano – 1 Tsp
Chopped Tofu/Paneer – 3 – 4 Tbsp
Fresh Coriander – 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1-2 Tsp or to taste
