Ingredients:
1.Garam flour (100g)
2.Chopped veggies (1/2 onion,1/2 tomato,1/2 capssicum, 2 green chillies and corriender leaves
3.Spices ( teaspoon )- 1salt ,1/2 redchilli powder,1/2 chat masala, 1/2 turmeric
1 tablespoon corriender powder
4.1/2 glass water
5.2 tablespoon cooking oil
Recipe:
1. Take a mixing bowl put all the above ingredients ,add 1/2 glasss water and make a batter with medium consistency
2. Heat a pan ,put 1 teaspon oil and spread it on the pan surface
3. Take 1 big spoon of batter and spread it over the pan in a round shape
4. Allow it to cook until chilla changes the color from the top surface
5. Apply oil on the sides of chilla
6. Now flip the chilla and allow it to cook from both sides
7. Once it is properly cooked from both the sides
