Today I have shown how to prepare a very easy, quick, healthy and delicious Christmas recipe that is PB & J sandwich Peanut butter and jam grilled sandwich. You can use any jam or jelly of your choice. We all know that peanut butter is very healthy high in protein. I have used brown bread which is made of whole wheat flour as it is healthier but you can use white bread also if you want. You can make this sandwich on Christmas. You can serve this sandwich with coffee as a breakfast or as an evening snack. Try out the recipe and comment me below how it came out.

1. Brown bread – 8 slices
2. Mixed fruit jam or any jam of your choice
3. Peanut butter
4. Butter
