Kozhukattai or Kolukattai is a festive South Indian sweet of steamed dumplings usually made with rice flour but here i have shown that sweet kozhukttai can be made with healthy ragi and stuffed with a filling of groundnut,coconut and jaggery.
Kolukattai is also called as modaks which is also offered to lord ganesha during the festival of vinayaka chaturthi in the state of Tamilnadu and Kerala.
