Ingredients for Palak Vadi :-
Chopped Spinach – 3 Cups
Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli Paste – 2 TBSP
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
Coriander & Cumin Powder – 1 TBSP
Cooking Oil – 1 TBSP
Salt as per taste
Sugar – 1/2 TBSP
Curd – 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda – 1/2 TSP
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Gram Flour – 1/2 Cup
Water – 1/4 Cup

For Tadka :-
Cooking Oil – 2 TBSP
Mustard Seeds – 1 TBSP
Sesame Seeds – 1 TBSP
Asafoetida – 1/3 TSP
Green Chilli – 3
Curry Leaves – 10-12 leaves

Serve with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney
