here is a very healthy and special Porridge recipe for you. Malabar Special Jeeraka Kanji (Cumin Porridge). Just try and enjoy the taste,,,!

Ingredients
Broken rice – 100gm (1/2 cup)
Water to cook – 750ml (3 Cups) approx
Salt
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Shallots 3-4 nos
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Ghee – 1tbsp.
