Ingredients:
Almonds:20
Walnuts:10
Soaked black raisins:one handful
Soaked figs:3 ( 1 per person)
Cornflakes:one handful
Dates:3( each per person)
Apple:each per person
Pears:1 ( each per person)
Plum:1 ( each per person)
Banana(big or small):1( each per person)
Honey as per taste
Any thick juice
Preparation:
1. Soak fig and black raisins about an hour. Shred apple, pears, plum and banana.
2. Crush almonds, soaked fig , soaked raisins, dates, walnuts together in same mixer( add one by one).
3.Mix everything (step 1 and 2 in a bowl )
4. Add honey .
5. Serve in glass with some cornflakes on top and some thick juice.
