Hey,
I have started be more conscious of what I put in my body as it directly affects the growth of fibroids. It can be tough not being able to eat the stuff you used to before and that everyone else does but it is totally worth it.
So my fibroid fighting diet consists of organic, gluten free and non gmo alternatives. These means no corn, no soy, no wheat, no sugar (refined white) and no processed foods with loads of ingredients I cannot even pronounce.
My healthy breakfast idea today consists of salmon salad, rice cakes, strawberries and ginger and turmeric tea. All gluten free and organic.
