This protein-rich salad can refuel your body and help control hunger. Avocados are rich in heart-healthy fats. It is a perfect choice for weight management as it not only provides good protein and fat but also keeps you full.
Ingredients:
3 hard cooked egg whites chopped in pieces
1/2 avocado diced
3/4 cup chopped spring onions with greens
½ cup blanched green peas
For dressing:
1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint and coriander leaves.
Method:
1. Whisk all ingredients for the dressing with a fork to a smooth paste.
2. Combine all other ingredients with the dressing and mix well.
3. Chill for an hour and serve.
