In this video I am sharing three different types of healthy and delicious rice recipes which can be prepared easily in less time. You can consume them even during your weight loss journey.
1. Mexican Rice
Blend of onions and tomatoes with veggies like carrot, mix bell peppers along with basic spices. The main source of protein is Kidney beans. I have used left over rice for this recipe.

2. Broccoli & Chana Rice
Assorted broccoli and white boiled chickpeas( which is the key source of protein here) to make a perfect meal.

3. Soya & Peas Rice
Soya is highest source of vegetarian/vegan protein and mixing them with peas and rice make a scrumptious meal.

Tip : Follow the steps to prepare steamed rice whenever you want to make BIRYANI or any kind of PULAO. Bay leaf and cloves really add the flavor. Cooling them is mandatory as it helps to make rice granulated.
