Cauliflower Fried Rice -Excellent Weight Lose Low Carb Rice – Healthy Homemade Recipe by Diet Clinic
INGREDIENTS:
•Chicken
•Capsicum
•Carrots
•Coriander
•Tomatoes
•Cucumber
•Cauliflower Rice
PREPARATION:
•Marinate chicken with spices and honey for half an hour.
•Take a pan add cauliflower Rice in 1tbsp olive oil.
•Cook it until it turns brown.
•Now add coriander and cook for another minute. And put it in plate.
•Add 1tbsp of oil in pan and add capsicum and carrots. Saute for 3 mins.
•Add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook chicken in it and cook for 10mins and serve hot.
•Assemble everything in a plate and add raw cucumber on side.
