This Is My Favorite Healthy Snack ! In your pan, add your olive oil and garlic. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add your diced cucumber and soy sauce. Let it cook for 2 minutes or more (if you want your cucumber to be more tender). Enjoy !
If you don’t have soy sauce, you can just add salt.
