Fish Fillet Sandwich
What you will need:
Bread
Lettuce
Mayonaise
*For fish fillets
Cream Dory Fish Fillets -1kilo
*For fish fillet breadings
1 Egg
2 tablespoons of flour
Breadcrumbs
*salt and pepper
*cooking oil
Procedure:
*Fish fillets
1. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper according to your preference.
2. Start by breading the fish fillets.
-Add the flour to the fillets. Mix well.
-Add the egg. Mix well.
-Coat the fillets in breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the fillets until golden brown.
*Make the sandwich.
1. Place a slice of bread.
2. Put two pieces of fish fillet.
3. Spread mayonaise.
4. And put lettuce(and tomatoes and cucumber if available).
5. Serve
