Independence Day special- Tricolour Chia pudding
Chia pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack to make. It’s creamy, satisfying and loaded with protein, fiber and omega-3s.
Ingredients-
-1 cup milk
– 4 tbsp Chia seeds
– 1 heaping spoon of @mama_feast Peanut butter
– 1 tbsp honey
– Splash of vanilla
– Blanched spinach purée
– Carrot purée
🌱 In a bowl, stir together chia seeds, milk, honey, peanut butter and vanilla.
🌱 Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to “set” for 1-2 hours or overnight.
🌱Divide the mixture into 3 parts- Add spinach purée to one part & carrot purée to second part.
🌱Layer it up in a glass. Serve and enjoy.
