Gobi ke parathe is an easy recipe made of whole wheat bread stuffed with finely grated cauliflower and spices like hara dhania (fresh coriander),hari mirch (green chilies), lal mirch (red chili powder), haldi (turmeric) etc. Roll the dough and add the stuffing as desired. Later cook it on a pan with oil until evenly cooked and browned. Serve it with dahi (curd) or achar. Enjoy!
