Some of you requested to make a low calorie banana bread so here’s my version of it. This low calorie banana bread turn out really good and the calorie count is incredibly low.

Homemade applesauce:
1 cup apple chunks
1/3 cup water
Heat the two for 5 minutes and blend nicely. You can add zero calorie sugar too.
To bake it on stovetop, preheat a pot with a wire rack or a bowl in it. Place your pan on top and let it bake on low flame for 45-55 minutes.

Ingredients:
All purpose or whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Egg: 1
Ripe bananas: 2 small
Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Zero calorie sugar: 1/2 cup ( you can add more or use pure cane sugar too)
