Ingredients sauce:
– 100g yogurt
– 1 tsp mustard,
– 1 tsp garlicpowder
– chopped dill
– 25g cucumber
– salt, pepper
– 1tbsp pickled onions + 3-4 tbsp vinegar
OPTIONAL: 5g olive oil
Ingredients Lemon Rice:
– 150g jasmin rice
– 1 lemon
– 1 small onion
– fresh mint
– 250g water
– 1tsp cumin
Ingredients marinate:
– 100g yogurt
– 1 tsp garlicpowder
– 1 tsp onionpowder
– 1 tasp oregano
– 1/2 lemon
