Healthy Moong Dal Roti .Moon Dal is high in protein which will form a healthy breakfast and healthy lunch.
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup wheat flour
Salt
Water to Knead
Ghee
Notes:
Add salt while kneading ,i forgot to mention in the video.
Add water little by litte while kneading ,i have added 1/2 cup water.
Apply ghee on both sides of the Roti
Keep in the casserole or cover the rotis for a while for extra softness
