Preparation
Soak 150 g of Split Pigeon Pea or Toor Dal for an hour. Grind the soaked Pigeon Pea after straining off the water. Add 20 finely chopped shallots and 2 finely chopped green chillies and mix with the ground Split pigeon pea and make into small disks .Heat a cavity pan and pour in 3 ml of oil into each of the cavities. Put in the small split pigeon pea or toor dal disks into each of the cavities and let it fry by turning from side to side till golden brown. Take off the cavity pan and serve.
