1. Veg Omelette :- • Take oats powder. Add besan and suji with dahi to it to make a thick batter.Add chopped veggies with salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder red chilli powder, and kitchen king. let it sit for 5 min. Heat pan and add ghee before spreading batter. Add crushed black pepper and Eno to it. Add coriander leaves, beetroot and ginger laces. After spreading batter cover it with lid for 2-3 minutes and let it turn brown from both sides.

2. Curd Oats :- Dry Roast the oats, add beaten curd , grated carrots, pomegranate, chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves. Pour this tempering to the curd oats.

3. Weight-loss Parantha – Peel and grate pumpkin. Chop onion, tomato, and green chilies. Mix barley and wheat flour. Add water and knead. Set the dough aside. Heat kadhai and add ghee, add ginger-garlic paste. Stir until golden brown.Add chopped onion, tomatoes. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, chilli powder and kasuri methi. Stir and cook until masala gets ready. Add pumpkin to the masala now. Stir and mix it well.Cover and cook for 10-15 min. Place a flat pan over low heat, add 2-3 drops of ghee. Now Roll the roti and stuff half of it with cooked pumpkin.Fold it from the middle and lightly press it with your hand. Place the stuffed roti on the pan and cook it on both the sides like a normal paratha.

4. Steam Poha –
Take 2 cups of poha or flattened rice. Wash it in a sieve. Stir with a fork continuously to avoid any lumps. Now, to steam the poha, take a kadhai and add some water in it. On top of it place a container with holes containing poha.Semi cover the sieve with a plate and steam the poha for 10 minutes on a medium flame. Now, shift the steamed poha to a bowl.
For tadka, In another pan, take oil, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Stir fry them.
Take steamed poha, add turmeric powder and mix.Then, add boiled vegetables of your choice and the tadka. Also add salt, lemon juive, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything.
