Hi Guys, I am sharing easy to make breakfast recipe for everyone “Vegetable Club Sandwich”.
It is very healthy and nutritious. Details of the ingredients are mentioned below:
Serving for 2 person
Bread (Any type)
Butter
For Potato Mixture:
2 boiled and mashed potato
1 small onion
2 tbsp. coriander leaves
1 tbsp. green chili (Optional)
Salt, red chili powder, chat masala, amchur, Jira powder as per taste
For Paneer Mixture:
100 gm fresh paneer
1/2 grated carrot
1/2 capsicum
1 tbsp. green chili (Optional)
pepper powder, salt as per taste
Mix all ingredients. Take 3 bread slices. Put potato mixture on one slice, paneer mixture on other.
Keep paneer mixture slice on potato bread slice. make it a 3 bread layer sandwich.
Add butter to hot tawa and toast the sandwich till golden brown. Cut it into half and enjoy with tomato ketchup or chutney.
