1/2 cup of natural un-sweetend almond milk
1/2 tbs of chia seeds
Avocado and tomato on rye bread
Paprika to taste
Himalayan pink salt to taste

1/4 of a lime
2 slices of organic rye bread
Berry bowl
1 box of strawberries
1 box of raspberries
1 box blueberries
2 tbs of greek yoghurt
Roasted tomato soup
1kg of various tomatoes
30g of basil
1 large onion
10 large cloves of garlic
2 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs of balsamic vinegar
Paprika
Oregano
Thyme
Himalayan pink salt
