Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 dl coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons of agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 lime, peeled
raspberries
blackberries
2 tbsp agave syrup/honey
lemon zest, grated (to taste)
Process
Mix chia seeds with coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla powder, and grated lime peel. Leave in the fridge for about at least 1 hour (stir occasionally).
Stir the berries in a bowl and season with agave syrup, and lemon peel.
Serve the chia pudding in a glass together with berries.
