Barley flakes – 1 cup
cranberry – 1 cup
Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
Roasted pumpkin seeds + sunflower seeds – 1/2 cup
Chia seeds – 5 tbsp
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
maple syrup / honey – 1/4 cup
