Ingredients:
For every Tablespoon of mayonnaise add
3 TBS plain full cream yoghurt
1/4 tsp salt
A few pinches of pepper
Optional :
1/4 tsp Curry powder/ herbs of choice
And if you don’t want to use mayonnaise at all then repeat all ingredients except mayonnaise
instead, add 3 TBS of vinegar –
I used balsamic but
lemon juice/ apple cider vinegar/ white or brown vinegar/ etc
