Hi, guys. Hope you’re not fed up with brownies as I have one of my fav recipes for you. These are soft, tender and rich. There is no sugar and dairy products in this recipe, moreover you can take any kind of flour you prefer in desserts.
No Flour Moist Brownies –
Zucchini Brownies 100 calories –
Vegan Brownies-Blondies –
Brownie-Cheesecake but Healthy –
Recipe:
220 grams of carrot purée (pumpkin, banana, sweet potato…)
2 eggs
60 ml of coconut oil
100 ml of plant-based milk
15 grams of cocoa powder
30 ml of black coffee
Sugar substitute
A pinch of salt
Vanilla
~110 grams of flour (i have oat and whole wheat)
1 tbsp of baking powder
OR 1 tbsp of baking soda + lemon juice
Glaze:
12-13 grams of cocoa powder
Sweetner
90 ml of liquid (water, milk, coffee)
203 calories per 100 grams
Protein – 5.8
Fats – 14.5
Carbs – 14.4
