*Tuscan Balsamic Chicken*
1 to 2lbs package chicken tenders
3 cups fresh green beans
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Garlic pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425F and combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add to a parchment or foil lined sheetpan and bake for 22-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Serve alone or with rice, pasta or potatoes!
(4 servings @ 404 calories & 43g protein per serving)

*Glazed Pork Chops & Veggies*
4 boneless pork chops
2 cups baby carrots
2 cans cut green beans
1 package Green Giant steamable potatoes
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp minced Garlic
Garlic pepper or any seasoning of choice, to taste

Steam potatoes in microwave and preheat oven to 415 degrees F. Lay pork chops, carrots, green beans, and steamed potatoes on a sheet pan, season with garlic pepper or seasoning or choice, and bake for 20 minutes. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and minced garlic in a bowl. Pull sheet pan out of the oven and pour the sauce over everything, I used a brush to get the sauce spread evenly. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until pork is cooked and carrots are tender.
(4 servings, 449 calories, 37g protein per serving)

*Easy Chicken Tacos*
1LB chicken breast or chicken tenders, diced
1 green bell pepper (feel free to add all colors bell peppers, onions, etc!)
Fajita or taco seasoning of choice, I used a combination of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and fajita seasoning!
Favorite tortillas, we loved the raw ones that you cook in the skillet!
Herdez Lime Cilantro Crema
Roma tomatoes, pico, toppings of choice

Preheat oven to 415F. Dice chicken and slice bell peppers, lay on a sheet pan and season. Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Assemble tacos and enjoy!
(4 servings, 458 cals, 46g protein) 2 tacos each with 1tbsp crema each per serving
