Salt to taste
1/2 tsp+1 tsp chopped ginger
Chopped green chillies to taste
1 tsp+ 1 tsp chopped curry leaves
Water 1+1/2 cup
1 tbsp +1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
