This is my healthy oat pancake recipe. These are literally so good. If you love pancakes and you want to be able to eat them every day this recipe is for you! All you have to do is toss all of the ingredients into a blender, blend, pour into a pan, and cook… And voila! You have delicious, healthy, homemade pancakes in about 5 minutes.

Healthy Oat Pancakes
1/2 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Pitted Medjool Date
1 Egg
Splash of Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
