🌸 Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken: 80-100 grams
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli: 1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne: 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken powder: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Hot sauce: 1 teaspoon
Low fat greek yogurt
Light butter: 1 teaspoon
Thyme(optional)
Onion(chopped): 1/2
Tomato(chopped): 1/2 tomato

Double the amount of chicken and everything to make 2 servings.

Single serving has 175 calories.
