Nutrition in this breakfast:
Full of minerals and multivitamins
Vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, A, C, K
Minerals: Cu, Fe, K, Na, P, Se, Zn
Ingredients: (358 Calories)
2 Bread slices
1 Egg (full boiled)
2 Tbsp Cheese
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Tomato
Small onion
Recipe:
Biol an egg and cut into small round pieces. Cut the onion, cucumber and tomato in small round pieces as well. Take a slice of bread and apply a layer of cheese on it. Place the cut egg and sprinkle salt and black pepper according to your taste. Place the onion, cucumber and tomato on it. Place another slice of bread on top of it. Preheat a pan on a stove. Place the sandwich, cover it and heat for 2 minutes. Turn upside down, cover again and heat for 1 minute. Cut it into two triangles.
Your healthy, nutritious and zero oil breakfast is ready.
