RASPBERRY BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS
Recipe ⬇️ ⬇️
Ingredients:
50 g oat flour (blended oats)
1 small mashed banana
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
30 g frozen raspberries
Yogurt as topping
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients in an oven safe dish until smooth
2. Add the raspberries in the middle
3. Bake for 40min at 160°C
4. Top of with the yogurt and enjoy 🙂
This is the perfect breakfast to start your day as it is packed with protein 💪 and there is no added sugar ! This recipe is also very customizable as you can change the raspberries to any other filling to suit your preference, such as dark chocolate 🍫.
