Ingredients :

Boiled Potatoes 3
Oil for deep frying
Salt 1 tbsp
Chilie flakes 1 tbsp
Ajwain ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Chawal ka atta 3-4 tbsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp

Method :

Take a bowl add mashed Boiled potatoes, salt, chilies flakes, ajwain, Coriander powder, Coriander leaves, corn flour, chawal ka atta, and kasoori methi mix it well. Then make a shape of seekh kabab and deep frying it. Until it turns golden brown. Allo kay seekh kabab is ready.
