Today I have shared low calories healthy salad recipe. In this salad I have used some vegetables and white chana.

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 Chicken Breast Piece
– 1/2 Cup Yougurt
– 2 TSP Garlic Paste
– 1 TSP Ginger Paste
– 2 TSP Lal Mirch Powder
– 1/2 TSP Haldi
– 2 TSP Sukha Dhaniya Powder
– 1 TSP Salt
– 1/2 TSP Ajwain
– 1 TSP Zeera Powder
– 1/2 TSP Garam Masala
– 1 TBS Oil
– 1 TSP Chaat Masala
– Lettuce
– Cabbage
– White Chana
– Onion Cubes 1/2 Cup (as required)
– Tomato Cubes (as required)
– Cucumber (as required)
– Olive Oil
– Black Olives
METHOD:
– Put yougurt and all spices in chicken .
– Mix well and marinate for atleast 1 hour.
– Put 1 TBS Oil in Pan .
– Put Chicken and cook on low medium flame until water dries.
– Now add 1/2 Cup water in chicken and again cook until water dries.
– Take a bowl and put all vegetables , white chana , olive oil , chaat masala and chicken .
– Mix well and enjoy.
